Frequently asked questions

Does the scanner need an app?

No. Any phone camera opens the tag in the browser — Safari, Chrome or any other, on iPhone or Android.

Do you sell physical stickers or NFC tags?

Not yet. You get a printable PNG from the Print Studio; any NFC tag can be programmed with the tag URL.

Can I see who scanned it?

You see scan counts in your dashboard analytics. Scanners stay anonymous unless they choose to call or message you.

What preset alert buttons are included?

You can toggle 5 one-tap WhatsApp alerts in your dashboard: Parking Obstruction (blocking driveway), Lights Left ON, Window Left Open, Vehicle Alarm Sounding, and Emergency / Accident.

Can I add a note for people who scan my tag?

Yes. Add a custom parking note (e.g. “Parked near Flat 302. Call if I'm blocking your driveway”). It shows on the scan page below the alert buttons.

What vehicle categories are supported?

10 categories: Car, SUV / 4x4, Motorcycle, Scooter, Electric EV, Truck, Bus / Van, Auto Rickshaw, Bicycle, and Other Belongings.

What if I change my phone number or vehicle?

Update the number or plate in your dashboard and the live tag updates instantly. The printed sticker stays the same — no reprint needed.
